Booking
How do I book a vehicle?
Pick a vehicle, dates and a pickup agency, then confirm the booking. Our team calls you back to validate the pickup time.
What documents do I need?
A valid ID, a driving licence held for at least 2 years, and a refundable deposit. For self-drive rentals the primary driver must be present at pickup.
Pricing
How many kilometres are included?
350 km per day are included. Beyond that, 10 DZD is charged per extra kilometre.
Cancellation
How do I cancel a reservation?
Sign in, open your booking from "My bookings" and use the "Cancel" button. Cancellation is free up to 24 h before pickup.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made on-site at vehicle pickup (cash or card depending on the agency). No charge is taken at online booking time.
